The calling for FICFE is open to all choirs and female vocal ensembles, choirmasters (in all their diverse genders and trainings), composers, choir members, music teachers from all levels, singers, educational and artistic trainees, and the general public..

People willing to participate (individually or together with a choir) are to fill in a free pre-registration form providing the required information:

All individual participants, members of participating choirs and their accompanists must pay the registration fee.


The conductors of the registered choirs will not be required to pay the registration fee.

The following are the registration fees to be paid by all participants (individuals, members of participating choirs and their accompanists -except the conductors-).


These fees may be paid in Mexican pesos (MXN), United States dollars (USD) or euros (€).

|   WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE?   |

Fee includes:​

 

  • Internal transfers to festival activities (to and from El Refugio Cultural Center).

  • Access to the 3 workshops, taught by the three teachers Marjukka Riihimäki (Finland), Patricia Morales (Mexico) and Gabriela Franco (Mexico), with coffee breaks included.

  • Access to all concerts.

  • Access to the 3 conferences.

  • Festival participation certificate.

  • Workshop participation certificate.

  • Booklet with the scores to be worked on in the workshops (produced by Ediciones GCC).

  • Welcome Cocktail.

  • Closing Dinner and Party.

  • Bag with festival tools (credentials and schedule of activities, and important general information about the event and tourism).
